Thank you to all our Reach volunteers!
Volunteersβ Week takes place between 1-7 June every year and is a time to recognise and thank volunteers.
During an exceptionally difficult year, people from all walks of life have taken the time to volunteer and have had a positive impact on Reachβs community. At Reach, volunteers play an active role at the heart of our charity, making a genuine difference each day to our clients, carers and staff.
This Volunteersβ Week, Reach has held celebration events to say thank you to our volunteers. At Reach Southwell, volunteers were served a cream tea in recognition of all they do, which they enjoyed with clients and staff.
Our Volunteer Manager, Wayne Wilmot, who helped to organise the event, said: βFrom Trustees to fundraisers, from Duke of Edinburgh students to our client volunteers, we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for the time you donate and the skills you share with us. Reach recognises and values the significant contribution that our volunteers make across our five sites. Thank you to all our volunteers!β
