We want to help people with learning disabilities to live well, make friends and be part of their community.

At our centres people with learning disabilities can learn new skills and make friends. We do lots of different courses and activities.
Here are some examples
- cookery
- music, singing and drama
- arts and crafts
- bowling
- gardening
- confidence building
- communications skills
- being a volunteer
- computing and technology
- health, sports and fitness
- socials
We have trained tutors and other staff to make sure the courses are organised and fun. We also have volunteers who help at our centres.
We also do special projects to find new ways of doing things. We work with other organisations to make sure people with learning disabilities feel part of their community and can be happier and healthier.
We also do two holidays each year for our clients. We go to accessible hotels in places like Suffolk. We go by coach and stay for three nights.
