Reach Southwell is very much part of the local community. Situated in the very centre of the town, we are able to offer clients lots of opportunities and activities. Coming along to Reach Southwell gives the chance to get involved in local life and to feel connected to their community in an easy-to-access location.

As this is also our headquarters, we are firmly plugged in to Southwell life and that means that we can support our clients to get involved in community events like Bramley Apple Day.

Examples of courses we've run at Reach Southwell include:

  • Cooking
  • Fitness
  • Art
  • Boccia
  • In, Out & About Group
  • Weekly massage (by appointment only)

We can also offer supported volunteering opportunities for clients who are preparing for their next steps towards independence and active citizenship.

CHARLIE WILLIAMS
SOUTHWELL DAY SERVICE LEAD

Hello, I’m Charlie and I have worked at Reach since September 2018. I have had many roles since first starting with Reach. I love working at Reach and having the opportunity to work with our wonderful clients, staff and volunteers – it’s a very special place to work and incredibly rewarding. I enjoy delivering sessions and seeing the journey for the clients: developing new skills, trying something for the first time and gaining confidence and independence in various sectors.

I'm looking forward to taking Reach Southwell to its next stage of development and getting to know the clients, families, staff and volunteers.

Please get in touch with me if you'd like to know more about our work in Southwell. charlie.williams@reachuk.org
