On Wednesday 9^th February, Reach were invited to give a presentation to The Inner Wheel Club of Mansfield at Portland College about the vital work we do for people with learning disabilities in Nottinghamshire.

Director of Fundraising, Julia Sandhu, and Centre Manager at Reach Mansfield, Maria Williams, shared information about the courses, activities and projects that are ongoing at Reach. These provide opportunities for people with learning disabilities to gain new skills, increase their confidence and, importantly, to make and maintain friendships – a fundamental value that The Inner Wheel champion too.

After the presentation, Lynn Bowman, President of Mansfield Inner Wheel, kindly presented Maria and Julia with a cheque to support our work at Reach Mansfield.

Julia said: “Thank you to the members of The Inner Wheel Club of Mansfield for the warm welcome and for their kind donation. Maria and I enjoyed giving our presentation to the group. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Inner Wheel in the future.”
