Hayley’s High-Flying Fundraiser: Skydiving for Reach

In Fundraising, News by Sarosha Byrne

A huge well done to brave staff member Hayley for skydiving and exceeding her fundraising target of £1,000.

“The freefall was just out of this world and was by far my favourite part. I was on a high for the rest of the day. I just loved everything about the skydive and so pleased I got to tick off another of my bucket list items whilst also raising funds for our wonderful charity”.

Including Gift Aid, Hayley has raised £1,300 to help support Reach – a fantastic fundraising effort!  She said “I’ve always wanted to take part in a skydive and what better way to take part than raise money for a great charity. Working for Reach means I see first-hand the impact that Reach has on so many local people.”

Hayley has worked for Reach Learning Disability for the past five years. She started at Reach as a project coordinator, became a tutor and now is the holiday lead, organising holidays for our wonderful clients. Last year was our biggest one yet at 90 people!
