Sky Dive for Reach – Langar Airfield 2022

19th June 2022

£240

A Tandem skydive allows you to experience the thrill of freefall skydiving with just a brief training session. You will skydive harnessed to the front of a fully qualified parachuting instructor from 14,000ft. You will enjoy an adrenaline packed freefall reaching terminal velocity at 120mph, followed by approximately 5 minutes flying gently to the ground under the parachute. The jump will cost £240 which can be self-funded and then you can raise money on top, or alternatively you can just raise money to pay for the dive and then the extra raised on top will be a donation to us. You will just need to make sure when people donate they are aware some of their donation will be covering the cost of the dive. There is a £60 deposit (included in the £240). 🌟 Learning Disability Week 2025
June 16–22 | Theme: “Do You See Me?” 🌟

At Reach Learning Disability, we believe in a world where everyone is seen, heard, and valued. This week, we’re celebrating the incredible talents, voices, and stories of people with learning disabilities. While people with learning disabilities are 2% of the UK population, they are often underrepresented.

We have a Voice and Participation group, who "find ways to make change happen". They say "People with learning disabilities don't always feel seen and heard. We sometimes feel left out of society. It can be hard to get the right services and support. This can make people more at risk of being lonely and having poor health.

We want to change that."
