🥋 HI-YAH! Reach Mansfield group have been honing their karate skills with our resident black belt tutor, Phoebe.
On Friday, learners combined the skills they've been practising and took their karate to the next level. We also learned "kiai" - a shout/battle cry used to empower our attack moves!
